About Us

The Pasadena-Altadena Community Endowment Fund (PACEF) is a 501c (3) organization that was established in 1998 as a charitable foundation to support educational and charitable activities for the benefit of the greater Pasadena community. The PACEF collaborates with the Pasadena-Altadena Chapter of the Links, Inc. by soliciting, receiving and managing charitable contributions and awarding scholarships to local high school students based on need and merit. The fund is managed by the Pasadena Community Foundation (www.pasadenacf.org).​
