The mission of the Pasadena-Altadena (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is to positively impact the lives of culturally diverse citizens in the greater Pasadena-Altadena community.  We strive to respond to the needs and aspirations of the underserved by empowering individuals and communities through sustainable programs that enrich and transform lives.
